Product care
Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh solvents and don't soak electronics-adjacent pieces.
Custom orders
Yes. Choose a customisable product or contact us. After ordering we'll confirm your text/artwork before printing.
Shipping & delivery
In-stock items dispatch quickly; made-to-order items ship after production. You'll get an estimate at checkout and an update by email.
Returns & exchanges
Standard (non-custom) items can be returned if unused and in original condition within the window stated at checkout. Custom/personalised items can't be returned unless faulty.
3D printing basics
Primarily PLA+ — a strong, dimensionally-stable filament with a clean matte finish, printed at 0.12 mm layer height.
